03 ,Sub-Register Grade-II in A.P Registration Sub – ordinate Service. ,Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act\, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification. Note: Preference shall be given to persons\, who in addition to the above qualifications possess a degree in Law of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act\, State Act or a provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the U.G.C or any other equivalent qualifications.

Men:

  1. Should be more than 165 cms in height.
  2. Must be more than 81 cms round the chest on full expiration. Minimum of 5 cms expansion.
  3. Some relaxations are there for ST candidates.

Women:

  1. Should be more than 152.5 cms in height.
  2. Must not weigh less than 45.5 kgs.

Age:

No person below 18 years of age is eligible and more than 42 years of age is also no eligible.

3., Ex-serviceman and Serving persons of the Armed Forces of the Union\, who are seeking reemployment one year before the completion of the specified terms of engagement covered under Rule 12(c)(i) & explanation to Rule 2(16) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules\, 1998 ,3 years & length of service rendered in the armed forces.

4., N.C.C.(who have worked as Instructor in N.C.C.) ,3 Years & length of service 8 rendered in the N.C.C.

5., SC/ST and BCs ,5 Years

6., Physically Handicapped persons ,13 Years

7.,Widows\, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands\, who are not remarried and belonging to SC/ST category covered under Rule 12(b)(iii) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules\, 1996 with reference to posts of Junior Assistants ,Upper age limit is 48 years

8., Widows\, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands\, who are not remarried and not belonging to SC/ST category covered under Rule 12(b)(iii) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules\, 1996 with reference to posts of Junior Assistants, Upper age limit is 43 years

Age provision of the relaxation in Col no 3 of above table shall not exceed the maximum age prescribed. For Ex-Servicemen who have been released from Armed Forces also have special conditions.
